How often do I need to get touch ups? We recommend getting touch ups every 2-4 weeks to keep your lashes looking superb indefinitely.
Will I have to pay for a full set if I do not keep up with my refills? If you have failed to keep or schedule your refill appointments and/or your lashes have fallen out than yes, you will have to pay for a full set. However, returning clients get a discount.
What is your cancellation policy? We require a minimum of a 24 hours notice without penalty. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours away, then you will be required to pay a minimum $20 cancellation fee. We will charge 25% on services equaling $80 or more. We strictly enforce this policy to be fair to our stylists.
If I want the upgraded Diva or a Glamour look, do I pay more? We do not charge more per look nor do we count lashes. This is a huge plus for many of our clients! You will get what you want - whether it is a natural, glamour or diva set of lashes.
How long will my lash appointment take? Your appointment will take approximately 90 to 120 minutes. It all depends on how many lashes you have to begin with. We allot 120 minutes for your initial full set and do the best job that we can in that time frame. If you want additional time, there will be additional charges.
What if I ‘m late for my appointment? We ask our clients to please be on time or arrive 10 minutes early. If you are late, then it will come out of your allotted appointment time. You will still be required to pay the same amount.
Will I have the same stylist for each visit? You may request the same stylist for your returning visits. However, we reserve the right to change stylists without notice. In the event that something comes up with your stylist, we will try to bring in a substitute to prevent a whole day of cancellations. We will do our best to meet the needs of our clients.
Is there any incentive if I refer a friend? The ultimate compliment for us is you referring a family member or friend. We have built our client base on referrals alone. You will get a $10 credit for every person you refer. You can use this in any way you like - on your refill or products. We encourage all our clients to refer!
What is a mini refill? Mini refills are touch-ups that take 30 minutes as opposed to the whole hour. Our clients love the idea of coming in for quick touch-ups. This is great for clients on a quick lunch break, on-the-go, last minute fix, etc. However, minis are meant for ‘in between’ your regular refills and should not be abused. The requirement for a mini is a maximum of 2-weeks and you have to have at least 65 – 75 % of your lashes still on.
Can I wear mascara? Yes. However, in most cases you will find that it's not ever needed again. If you want that extra 'pop' for a special occasion, then you can opt to purchase one of our Princess Lashes© mascaras. These are oil free mascaras that are designed to be used with your eyelash extensions. It is suggested to apply just a little on the tips of the lashes only. We also offer an entire line of oil free, lash extension approved skin care and cosmetics.
What if I want them removed? As the natural lashes shed, your extensions will shed along with them. However, if requested, they can be professionally removed by our Certified Princess Lashes© Lash Stylist. Please don't try to remove eyelash extensions on your own as damage may occur to the natural lash. Lash removal $35.
Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds for services already performed. However, in the event that you are not satisfied, we will do our best to work with you on fixing the issue. What Brand do you use? Princess Lashes© uses their very own exquisite line of eyelash extension made from only the finest quality in the industry. They are proud to announce their new distribution line that will be made available to salons and stylist around the world.
Does Princess Lashes Certify & train other stylist? Yes, Princess Lashes© now offers an intense two-day hands on training & workshop for eyelash extensions. Please call or email the office at info@princesslashes.com for additional details.
Can I tip my stylist? Yes, tipping the stylist is greatly appreciated. The tip percentage is like any other professional in the service industry.
